We are currently with a customer in Barford, We are here to check a 0x800CCC0F error issue with the Emails on the customers computer.

Update on this one it Turned out to be a Trojan virus and other malware that needed removing from the computer

Missing Emails in Wasperton

Update: actually all new emails are missing from the inbox and this is caused by a corrupt inbox we managed to back up the emails and restore them to a new profile.
