We are now with Flooring inspirations on Wharf Street at Warwick in Warwickshire, we are here to replace a faulty router with a new Netgear DSN1000 Router, after which we do but get random Connection issues on the customers Dell Computer, to solve this problem we fixed the wireless channel , cleared the TCP IP , winsocks, cache and the DNS and this fixed the issue.

We are with Paul Swanson Guitar Tuition at Greville Road on the Emscote in Warwick, we are here because the customer has reported that their MSI Notebook computer is running very slowly.
Update after removing 10 entries from the registry, we removed several toolbars and unneeded programs, found and removed a Trojan Vundo virus and other malware , updated the antivirus to AVG 2012 and flash to the latest version.

Setting up a wireless router in Warwick

Good morning this morning we are in Warwick trouble shooting a wireless router installation, it seems one computer out of the devices here is not finding the wireless Router and we need to establish why.

Update Turns out the wireless router installed was set to auto and had choose channel 13 and for some reason the wireless card was set to US so was only able to see up to channel 11, reset to UK and all seems well plus removed a search bar from the computer.

Computer Repair at Woodloes Park in Warwick

Good morning we are at a customers on the Woodloes in Warwick, the issue here is that the computer freezes intermittently and the webcam does not work correctly, it also gives a “1628 Failed to complete Installation” error, to fix this one we required to edited the registry and install windows updates.
