This morning we are at Stockton village near Southam in Warwickshire, We are looking at a customers broadband problems, For some reason the router had lost its ADSL log in information so we reentered and tested by emulating a power cut and this solved the ADSL broadband Problem.
We are with a customer supporting 3 computers between 2 premises on Roman Way at Southam in Warwickshire, and on Hillside at Napton on the Hill, The task here is to make sure all antivirus programs are fully up to date and any other computer maintenance which will help the running of these computers.
Good morning today we are with a customer at Bascote between Ufton Southam and Long Itchington in Warwickshire, We are here because the customers computer is running slow and has a never ending stream of pop ups appearing on the screen these are usually titled Adserving or Aedgency.com, To remove this we had to edit the startup files in the registry, Removed temporary files, Ran a Trojan virus remover, and once cleaned we setup a backup system.
