Good morning we are now with a customer on Archery Fields in Warwick, We are here to do a bit of software fault finding because the customer is having an issue with Windows 7 Activation, this is solved and the customer is up and running again
Sony Vaio Laptop Hard drive Replacement in Warwick
We are now back with the customer on Croft Close off of the Myton Road in Warwick to complete a previously started repair, The new hard drive has arrived which we install in to the Sony Vaio VGN-FW21M laptop computer, Reinstalled Windows Vista from the customers recovery DVD, Installed the customers software, Installed Antivirus, Setup the Wireless for internet and email access, and installed the customers Printer.
Installing a Computer Backup System in Leek Wootton
This morning we are with Wootton and Co in Leek Wootton near Warwick, We are here to set up an external usb harddrive backup system for the customers photos. The software we have setup uses a sync system, the main reason for using this is it only copies the updates files which means a complete usable backup in case of Emergency. This unit also includes a memory card reader to go straight from the Camera’s card and a screen to view the images.
Setting up a Laptop Computer in Warwick and Restoring Data
Good Afternoon, We are back with the customer on Chesford Crescent in Warwick to Install their new laptop computer system including setting up software and attaching printers and scanners, once ready we will set the machine to restore the data we backed up the other day from the customers failing laptop.
