We went to Whitnash near Leamington Spa on Tuesday the 21st of Feburary for a computer repair, to find a Trojan virus that was designed look like a police fine to scare users in to paying for a fake fine, Pretty easy to remove it took about an hour with updating the antivirus to a newer version and checking all clear happily virus removal a success.
This afternoon we are at a customers in Stareton opposite Stoneleigh Park , We are here to remove a Trojan Virus from a Toshiba Laptop Computer.
Next today we are with a customer on Foreland Way at Keresley in Coventry, We are here to remove a Trojan Virus from the computer and then update the customers antivirus to AVG 9, and check the firewall. Oddly this virus had been effecting the DVD Drive in normal operation making discs unreadable.
Took about 2 hours to get home tonight the traffic was moving ok but I guess the snow put every one off better safe than sorry.
