Good Morning Today we are with a customer at Grump Street in Ilmington, We are here to fix the customers broadband problems, The problem being that the customers could see the router but not the internet, On this one it required the winsocks and tcpip stack to be reset and some other computer maintenance.
For the last job this morning we are at a customers in Leamington Spa, We are here to solve a problem with the customers Broadband Setup.
Good Morning we are with a customer at Milverton in Leamington Spa to install broadband at 2 sites and share Wireless Network Printers at both Locations.
This Morning we are on Mountfield Crescent in Wellesbourne installing a Wireless Bridge system of Access Points, The main objective of this is to share the Buildings Internet connection in an office with a room at the opposite end of the House , We managed to accomplish this using only 2 access points one which has to be wired to the main router and the other in a strategic location on route to the room requiring access, When we tested this setup we found we had also gained internet access in the summer house at the end of the garden.
Good Morning today we are starting at a customers on Palmer Road in Whitnash, We are here to look at the Customers Internet Troubles, Its determined that the trouble is caused by a faulty ADSL Modem which we replace and test.
Good morning, We are with a customer on Salemorton Court at Limetree Village near Cawston, Rugby. We are here to Install the customers wireless router on Tiscali broadband , Setup the Customers Email System, As well as performing general computer maintenance such as updating their antivirus and firewall to the latest versions, and installing an Epson multifunction printer.
Good afternoon we are now with a customer at Bridgetown in Stratford upon Avon, our purpose here is to connect the customer laptop to connect the customers Laptop computer to the internet.
Update the issue here was with the Network driver so to repair it we had to remove the Intel Wireless adaptor reset winsock and the tcpip stack then rebooot and reinstall the drivers.
Good morning today we are with a customer at The Meadows in Leek Wootton near Warwick, We are here to change the customer over to Sky Broadband and have installed the supplied router, We have also updated the customers firewall and antivirus software and removed a shortcut for some thing called Platte Account as well as a few Trojan viruses.
This afternoon we are at a customers on the Stratford Road in Lighthorne Heath near Gaydon test track, We are here to setup a desktop computer with a Sky broadband router for this one we provided a Wireless USB adapter to allow the use of the computer upstairs and the router to remain downstairs.
Update we had a few issues with the lenght of line at this address but managed to get it working stably, Sky’s Support Telephone Number is 0870 600 5630 i checked online and broadband support should also be on 0800 0287855.
This afternoon we are at a customers in Kenilworth, We are here for Several jobs starting by Installing the customers new BT broadband router, Then setting up their new laptop computer and installing any needed software including AVG free antivirus Software and setting up an Existing Canon Pixma IP90 Printer, This was then finished up by transferring the customers data from an existing Laptop PC to the new laptop and testing that all is readable.
This afternoon we are at a customers in Stratford upon Avon, We are here for Several jobs starting by Installing the customers new Sky broadband router, Then setting up their new Toshiba laptop computer and installing any needed software including antivirus Software and setting up an Existing Hewlett Packard Printer, This was then finished up by transferring the customers data from an existing desktop PC to the new laptop and confirming all readable( This included Documents, Pictures, Favourites, Emails and the address book ).
for my last job today i am with a customer in Alveston just outside Stratford upon Avon, We are here to repair the customers Toshiba Laptop Computer and check that the broadband connection to the internet is working.
