Good afternoon we are now with a customer on the Wellesbourne Road at Barford in Warwickshire, we are here to change the customers broadband from Tiscali Internet (TalkTalk) to BT Internet.
Whilst here we helped the customer to order his own .co.uk domain name and Email hosting Package.
Next today we are at Langcliffe Avenue on the Woodloes in Warwick, we are here because the customers internet has stopped working, after testing we find its an issue with the length of the telephone extension line to the ADSL modem that’s installed here, however in the past 6 years since it was installed their requirements have changed, so we have altered the wiring to make it work, upgraded to a wireless ADSL modem router and set up the computers here to work via wireless .
Next today we are with Lighthorne Lamb at Lighthorne in Warwickshire, the customer is having problems with the internet at this location, this is traced to a Faulty BT Router which is reset for now but is quite old and will need replacing in the near future.
Next today we are still at Kenilworth in Warwickshire with a customer on Kineton Road, we are here because the Customers Asus laptop is not working with the internet.
My Second job for today is in Kenilworth the issue is that the router shows a link to the exchange but unable to connect, on all my previous troubles of this kind it has been the password Corrupted at the Internet Service Provider, on this one how ever it is the router that was at fault, so we replaced the ADSL Modem with a new Wireless ADSL Router.
Back to the customer at Stratford on Avon in Warwickshire to refit the replaced BT wireless router and test with all the customers wireless computer equipment.
Good Morning today we are with a customer on Birches Lane in Kenilworth, We are here to setup the customers desktop and laptop computers with a new ADSL wireless router.
Update while here we also fixed an issue the customer was having with Microsoft Outlook
Next today we are with A1 Sea Foods in Warwick, We are here to fix an issue on one computer in the network which can not connect to the Internet but can see the Network.
