Today we are in Warwick just off of the Myton Road with Aztec Design installing a Wireless Bridge system of two Access Points, The main objective of this is to share the Buildings Internet connection in the office on the side of the house with with the rest of the building, We managed to accomplish this using only 2 access points one which has to be wired to the main router and the other in a strategic location in the centre of the house on route to the room requiring access.
This morning we are in Royal Leamington Spa with No Flat Batteries doing some major maintenance on the website.
This Morning We are on the fosse way Near Halford in Warwickshire to solve a broadband issue on a BT Router and a wireless Toshiba Laptop Computer.
This morning we are repairing a dell 3000 Computer at Archery Road in Leamington Spa.
For the afternoon we are at Westwood Heath near Warwick Univeristy in Coventry.
We are here to setup a new Epson printer with the customers existing Apple Mac computer

This morning we are at Wellesbourne in Warwickshire repairing a desktop computer that is running slow one issue that may occur here is that if the fan on the processor is pulling the air towards the heat-sink there will be a large deposit on it which will increase the heat and then the processor will shut down sections of the processor in case of failure. This one has a bit of a carpet on the processors heat sink but the main issue has been caused by some malware which we removed by editing the registry and running a Malwarebytes scan
.
This morning we are at Windy Arbour in Kenilworth to attempt a recovery off data on an Freecom external hardrive.
It seems the original caddy that the drive was sealed in to was faulty, so we managed to remove the drive and install in to a standard external USB IDE caddy.

Today we are with Matix Lasers of Coventry, one of the problems we have here is sage locking out users with the error “The user you entered is already logged in” to get around this you need to find the queue.dta file and rename or delete it, It is usually found under Program files, Sage,Company number.
We also performed other maintenance whilst here.

Good Morning today we are with a customer in Haseley Knob between Wroxall, Beausale and Honiley the issue is the customers Laptop Computer is not booting up, We loaded in to Recovery Console and attempted to read the Harddrive this resulted in the Error “An error occurred during directory enumeration”, This mean’t the hardrive was unreadable at this point, we performed a hardrive recovery and was able to make the machine fully functioning again with the recommendation that the customer backs up any important data as would be possible that the drive is failing.
