We are now with Flooring inspirations on Wharf Street at Warwick in Warwickshire, we are here to replace a faulty router with a new Netgear DSN1000 Router, after which we do but get random Connection issues on the customers Dell Computer, to solve this problem we fixed the wireless channel , cleared the TCP IP , winsocks, cache and the DNS and this fixed the issue.
We are now back in Warwick with a customer we are here to set up a Dell desktop computer that has been in storage , The wireless had an issue so we reset the drivers, TCP/IP and the Winsocks, updated the antivirus and had a fully working system
Good morning today we are starting with Aztec Design near the Myton Road in Warwick to check an intermittent Internet issue as the issue was hard to trace it could work for days with out issue we changed the router now its just waiting to see if its stable.
Update 3 weeks on and it all is working fine.
We are now with a customer on the Blacklow Road in Warwick, We are here to Support a customer with a Wireless Connectivity issue, The problem is that the cable modem and the Router are in a study room upstairs but the customer would like to be able to wirelessly use the internet in the lounge downstairs and connect a computer via cable in an upstairs room, To solve this we connect the Cable modem and Router to the PC upstairs as normal, The house already has fitted a network cable with a socket next to the router upstairs and another socket in the hall next to the lounge downstairs as well as a cable and socket to feed the bed room , We connect a short network RJ45 fly lead between the socket and the router upstairs, Downstairs we attach a Switch which allows us to share between the Bedroom upstairs and a Netgear Access Point to allow us to wirelessly connect in the lounge.
We are now with a Customer on Austin Edwards Drive in Warwick, We are here to install the customers laptop computer on to a Virgin cable wireless router.
