Good morning, We are with a customer on Croft Close off of the Myton Road in Warwick, We are here to repair a Sony Vaio laptop computer that is not starting up correctly, The Computer is giving the error ” Disk boot failure, insert system disk and press Enter”, We booted to recovery console and attempted a recovery this failed Luckily the customer has been keeping a backup of their data, so we have ordered a replacement hard drive to fit when it arrives.
